As an engineer, these are three toughest technical problems I’ve solved.
- I built and delivered not one, not two, not three, but SEVEN sets of BE-4 turbomachinery flight hardware for Blue Origin’s first flight of the New Glenn — on time and of utmost quality.
- I built hypersonic structure using unproven manufacturing processes with a room full of skeptics.
- I built a feedback control system for metals additive manufacturing tech, using radiative heat transfer modeling, data acquisition and control tools, to boost hardware quality.
